We are in search of a bilingual self-motivated chiropractic assistant/front desk person with great energy and organization skills for our fast-paced chiropractic office, that can do 10 things effectively without being overwhelmed.

We are looking for someone that is bilingual, reliable, task-oriented, fast learner, professional, detail oriented & coachable. It is very important to have great energy, great people-skills and be dependable.

You will be working in a environment where health and healing are the number one priority. We all strive to improve our care through regular team meetings and training therefore, you must be willing to be coachable and train as a team and individually.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Support patient care procedures and assess charts, medical records, and radiology requests.

-Patient Management

-Translate for doctor

-Patient interaction; Training patients on exercises; Basic nutrition consults; Encouraging patients to attend in-office health events, checking them in and out and collecting money.

-Weekly meeting with team

-Inputting patients information and tracking services provided.

- Experience with Chirotouch is a preferred

-

SKILLS NEEDED

-Must be able to handle seeing many patients at once without being overwhelmed

-Must be good at implementing systems of operations

- Must be efficient, have a strong attention to detail and follow through

-Have a strong desire to impact our patients’ health and be a resource to others, if you are interested in holistic care, nutrition and positive thinking, you'll be a good fit!

-Be a team player and effective at working alone

Hours: Monday 2:00pm - 6:30 pm, Tuesday 2:00pm-6:30 pm, Thursday 9:00 am-6:30 pm

Job Type: 15 hours

Salary: $19.00
